At the Springfield office of The Piatchek Law Firm, LLC, we provide high quality legal services to local businesses, families, and individuals throughout southwest Missouri. We do our very best to make ourselves available and accessible to our clients through in person meetings, phone calls, and emails. We handle several types of cases.

There is very rarely such a thing anymore as a "General Practitioner", especially when it comes to law. However, here at The Piatchek Law Firm, LLC we provide, quality, affordable legal services to families and businesses, and thus handle a wide array of cases. We do not handle every case, or every type of case.  However, in today's world, attorneys are super-specializing, and it seems attorneys are handling less and less.

We are actually doing the opposite.  We are offering many types of assistance, often at reasonable flat rates.  We are not trying to be a "jack of all trades", but understand it may look that way to some folks.  Please think of it this way - because we do not handle very much complex litigation, and take mostly cooperative, uncontested cases, we are able to do a large variety of different services. 

Because we are not in the Courtroom each and every day, and don't handle much complex litigation, we are able to give professional, attentive, timely, affordable services to the clients that we do take.  We would be happy to speak with you about your case, and even if we don't handle it, perhaps we can help you find someone who does.
