Piatchek, a Springfield, Missouri native, whom has been a resident of Springfield for over 30 years.  Mr. Piatchek graduated with a bachelors degree, with honors, from the University of Missouri , where he also attained his Juris Doctorate Degree. Mr. Piatchek holds several distinctions, including an advanced certificate in Dispute Resolution, he is a certified mediator, and is also a Notary Public.  Mr. Piatchek is also a member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, Business Law Section.  Mr. Piatchek has also volunteered his time as a member of the Judicare panel at Legal Services of Southern Missouri, a non-profit agency which provides free or low cost legal services to those whom could not otherwise afford a private attorney.
